Been enjoying this recently found 4 mile hike in the woods. 1 mile warm up on hilly hard pack , 2 miles up a mountain and along a ridge, followed by 1 mile on an old hilly paved road 1200/1400 calories burned at the present weight I'm at in 2 hours. About a 200' to 250' climb and with all the rocks I'm walking on a great work out for the stabilizer muscle groups.
Weigh in tomorrow. Still staying away from the scale all week because I'm not too concerned about the daily fluctuations
