I quit smoking 5 months ago and good a desk job. I went from being very active at work and live to eating and gaining weight, but hey....still smoke free so it's worth it.

58 and strugging to lose
Perhaps a change in the exercise routine and confuse the body. It may just be getting used to what you are doing and accept it as the norm. Cutting calories isn't always the answer. You still need them to do your thing but anything drastic and your body will go in survival mode and store the fat
