Madjak, there are lots of things that give you a shock after you ingest them. A McDonalds Frappe is 760 cals . . . two of your slices of pizza. LOL! That's why the food diary on here is such a valuable tool. Have a great evening and watch the pizza. It's definitely one of MY downfalls.

I knew I was cheating a bit with having the pizza (wifey requested it for dinner), but I didn't realize how bad it was...was thinking 250cal per slice not 390...oh well, that was yesterday...as long as I stick to the plan today...

madjak, I have learned over the last 2 years to check everything BEFORE I eat it. Too many times I have thought oh that can't be too bad, eaten it, and then realized just how bad it was! lol Have a great day!
