last Thurs I did yoga abs and arms, on Fri I did 12 min of cardio lol I was sore all weekend. today I did 20 Min cardio. I'm so weak compared to what I was months ago. however I'm proud that i manage these days exercise some sort of way. I know I need to be patient and It will get easier and I'll be back to my once stronger self. 😊
