It's great being able to look back at my weight history as a graph. I can see I've come a long way and clearly benefited this Winter in comparison to last year when I suffered terribly from painful knees. It is this health problem that spearheaded my determination to change my eating habits and loose weight. Please know that it has been well worth the effort and I would encourage anyone in similar circumstances to persevere and engage with the support offered by FatSecret members.
