Since May to present (September 2011) I have lost 18lbs+ and I'm still slowly heading in the right direction. I have to do something to take the weight off my dodgy knees during a very physical/active work schedule. Change of diet has been the key factor - no more biscuit and sweetie binges. But, oooh, I have to be mindful at weekends. My weight loss icon and inspiration is my black cat.
