Following a low calorie diet pretty well. I guess school really helps since I can't go out and eat because of it and I'm usually too tired when I'm done with classes to go make something really fattening.
I'm in the midst of 4 challenges right now and it's awesome! Kinda tiring. But...2000 calories a week is really hard. I failed my first week. So this week I'm trying to lose at least 300 everyday. Then I can accomplish the challenge.
Hm...I guess my next goal is to stock up on more healthy foods. Like yogurt and more vegetables. I noticed I don't eat much vegetables or fruit. As a college student...fresh foods are hard to buy since I usually can't finish them.
