Woke up at 4 AM with a horrible migraine. Not a good start to the day. I need to make sure I get some exercise today to see if that will help my headache since my medication has not taken it completely away, also need to decide what to cook for next week. I hope I can keep this up.

Uh migraines are awful. What a horrible way to start your day. You can do this. It does get easier as you go.
