Ok, so I haven't done so well in recording foods recently, but I picked it back up yesterday. Work has been crazy, so I've been snacking a lot. I think my action plan for conquering snacking is going to be snacking my desk with healthy, but still yummy, snacks so that I am less likely to raid the vending machine.
