Well, I actually lost .2 lbs despite my poor stress-eating habits for part of the week. This is actually pretty encouraging; it means that if I can work on following the healthier diet for a greater proportion of the week, I will continue to lose.

Ok, so I haven't done so well in recording foods recently, but I picked it back up yesterday. Work has been crazy, so I've been snacking a lot. I think my action plan for conquering snacking is going to be snacking my desk with healthy, but still yummy, snacks so that I am less likely to raid the vending machine.

Well, yesterday was a bust. I did ok until dinner, but then I gorged on Chinese food. Note to self: just because it has tofu and veggies does not mean that it is good for you!
