Tuesday my weight was 240. Wednesday weight was 240. My weight today 240. I've been having salad all week. Snow on the way so if I walk in it burning some calories right there. Not a fan of snow but at least I'm alive still.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Persistance pays off! My scale always went up 2 lbs before it went down so keep up the great work!

Maybe you need to eat more then salad.try some different foods.Good luck!

Yes, you might need to fool your body out of starvation mode. Eat something the tricks it into thinking you're not dieting anymore, and it will come back off...
