Ok so I'm craving sugar and having a really hard time staying around 1400 calories a day. I blew it yesterday evening by eating late and eating crap.... I have to do better.

Make sure you getting plenty of protein. Protein and high fiber foods digest slowly to keep us fuller longer. Plan snacks in between meals that will help offset your hunger. For example, plan some snacks for even if that is when you get hungry and like to snack. Find something to do to take your mind off of food. Sometimes I go to bed early just so i won't eat, lol! Chew gum! Whatever it takes. Late night eating is a habit and habits can be changed.
