Time to start over .. Need to find the strength to resist late night snacking and the motivation to exercise regularly. So tired of being over weight but my will power is so low. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ok did well yesterday till I got home...and then at 7 lost my mind and ate potatoes..and pretzels... really need late day help..any ideas

Frustrated with my self. Can't seem to get my eating under control in the afternoon and late evening. Craving sweets and high starch (potatoes) late.. have to find a better way and stop snacking on the junk food. Need a better way to control the cravings..

Trying to start over with this today. Heaviest I have ever been in my life when I stepped on the scale this morning. I cried.. Nothing I do seems to be working and I just keep gaining weight. Something has to give.

Struggling with calorie intake.. Need to add more protein and fresh veg/fruit to my diet and less starches/junky stuff. Need to stick with recording my foods daily but am bad about not doing it and then I slip back because I'm not really keeping an eye on what is going in.
