If anybody reads this please respond if you know. I got some low carb tortillas tonight and they have 3 net carbs each. I had 2. I'm in induction phase and was wondering if this is going to screw up my weight loss. Should I just skip the tortillas all together untill I get to phase 2 or 3. I'm kinda freaking out 'cause i've been doing so well untill tonight. If you need to look at all i've eaten today please do so. I need some insight from a vertearn Atkins goer or someone that has been in my position before. Thank you so much.

Great Now i'm gonna freak out. I just really hope I don't gain weight because of the tortillas I ate tonight. That will really set me back and make me feel like giving up. I hate that. Thank you for the info though.

Dont freak out this is about learning,You are doing so well,Put the tortillas behind you and dont let one thing get in your way of your goals.Atkins works and one mistake is not going to stop you on your road to success, You can do this just get right back into the whole induction.Well done on your weight loss so far .

You aren't going to gain weight because of the tortillas, but because they are grains they have the potential to cause cravings. Don't stress about it but toss the low-carb tortillas. If you really want a bread, there is a great link on the Atkins site that we use that has everything from muffins to sandwich wraps made out of flax which you CAN and should have during Induction (Wonderful fiber) http://community.atkins.com/ discussions /viewTopic.jsp? topicId=2957186&order =Recently%20Updated &flags=&posterId =&forum= Getting+ Started& messageBoardId= 1198&page=1 (I added spaces so that it would post the entire link.
