Cheated around the edges yesterday. Got some parmesan crusted cheese sticks at Mimi's that I think had some flour in the crust. But I really really wanted them. :-) Actually, still kept below 30 NET, so I'm OK. Just need to watch for any possible cravings.
Feeling good today, but didn't sleep very well last night. Kind of felt off yesterday. I have a steak at home tonight, so I won't be going out to eat tonight.
