I tried to lose weight when I was 23 and I succeeded with Weight Watchers. My biggest goal now is to not eat to much. Since I've moved to the Netherlands I've felt that if I join a Weight Watchers I would be having difficult because everything is in Dutch. Now as much as I've learned in the past couple of years it's still not enough to feel comfortable to join a dutch group. My joy about this is that I've now found a group/app that can link me to all the local foods and restaurants in the Netherlands. I would like to achieve my goal of losing 27 lbs. It doesn't matter how long. I have an active enough life with my biking and walking that as long as I stay under my calorie count I should be fine. I hope that I can stay in focus. I'm hoping that this site will give me the tools to achieve my goal.
