Alright, so I'm totally confused! I don't know if I wrote in my journal or not today! I think I may have wrote it this morning ... but that was like 20 hours ago ... so hmmm... I dunno! But I know I wanted to stick to a stict diet today and exercise and I did it. I at 3/4 banana this morning, hot chocolate with a little bit of creamer, Michelina's Manicotti for lunch, 1/2 C no sugar added appleasauce and for dinner 4 oz pork chops with carrots oh and an apple when I got home. I also had like 5 pcs of gum and a crystal light. I feel I did a good job! I can't believe that after I lose 7.5 more lbs ... I will weight as much as Jillian Michaels! That gives me motivation! I know that will take me like 1 month ... but I'm in the for the long haul and after that ... 11 more lbs and I'm golden and then i can maintain with a continued good diet and 3 hours of exercise a week vs 5 days of exercise! Woohooo!
