I revised my RDI from 1900 to 1800. Still watching my sodium intake, and it is a little higher today due to meal selections. Yesterday I was really, really hungry in the evenings. I did snack on local honey and cinnamon mixed together -- allergies have greeted me again. Got my yoga for athletes done yesterday -- if I did downward facing dog once I did it about 20 times it seemed before the workout was over! At least with each rep, it seemed my body was relaxing more and more. :)
