well another day. didnt fail as much as yesterday. but still failed allowed myself 3 biscuits (which is better than the 6 i had yesterday, but still not good). and i had another bit of that cake. there is so much temptation to eat tasty stuff when i'm at home. mum has the cupboards packed. cant wait till i back in thurso. weather still horrible, well was nice during the day, but was driving and by time i got home was so tired. so thought i'll just walk him at nite. roll on 4 o' clock and it starts to rain. think as a whole though i will survive home better if i live up in my room. it too easy to go to the kitchen for something to eat when i in the sitting room. but it doesnt cross my mind as much when i upstairs. breakfast, lunch and dinner were alrite. maybe lunch a bit bit. but was out for lunch and didnt realise untill i ordered it how much calories a chicken tikka baguette would be. but slowly moving back onto the correct diet/new way of life. it not just about how much i eat its what i eat. so untill i get on weight i'm eating under 1500. and then when i get to happy weight i will go back to the allowed amount which should be 1900.
