Happy Day, My Best Buddies!
Woo-Hoo, I am excited because I did my THIRD workout for the week this morning with my surgery. Finally feeling like I have some strength back, too. Used more of my usual weights: between 20lb up to 40lb dumbbells depending upon the moves. I now can do a little bit of standing work as long as my foot is cushioned and my body weight is on the heel of the foot.
I have followed doctor's directions and think my healing is going well. I am not pushing it - just slowly increasing the pressure. Once I can get my food choices better in line, I will feel "normal" again.
