Walked 20 minutes...with dogs. I had 1 protein drink. 1 bar. 2 chicken wings (cold)...At dinner has salad, baked potato, grilled chicken...and brownie.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
