got to make myself a routine to follow. and get out and doing something every day. and need to stop eating so much junk.
am really bad when i go home. ate 6 biscuits, a piece of cake and 2 packets of crisps that i didn't even need. never mind a dinner twice if not triple the size it needs to be.
need to get myself back on track.
tmorrow, i know it not exactly a clean start with the new year. but going to start tmorrow. only 3 main meals. and the size they are meant to be.
and start a food diary again, so if i fail i look over it and remind myself of how i failed.
and do some exercise. just something light for the first few days untill my cough clears up.
will check in tmorrow with how i going and if i've set up a routine.
