I was able to get my third temporary crown yesterday and feeling much better this morning. Although I think I am going to skip the chia seeds until I get my permanent crown, next Wednesday. I'm a little tense this morning in my shoulders. I think it is from driving so much in the storm yesterday, there was a lot of wind in the valley and rain and slides on the mountain due to snow melting.
I am planning on getting my walking in tonight and some weight lifting. I think that will help with the tension.
