Stressing over an upcoming deadline for projects I'm working on. Yesterday nor today do I feel well. Flatulent (sorry), bloated, burping acid, and sleepy. Those do not make for a good mix with stress. Equals overeating, which makes the former worse. Did get outside for a bit and refilled bird feeders, and walked dog in the soft rain.
