There's no way I could have put on 2lbs of muscle or fat in less than 24 hours, so I know it's water and undigested food. I went to bed at 11pm and woke up at 3am. Couldn't get back to sleep because too much was going through my head. I miscalculated my caloric intake the other day. I need to calculate my caloric needs for LEAN body weight, not total body weight, so I need to calculate my body fat percentage. My best guess is somewhere around 20% body fat. That brings me down from 200 ish to 160ish, and my total caloric needs to 2700. That's manageable, and I'm sure I'll lose fat on that, because it's less than I burn on an active day. So, to recalculate, I need: 180 grams of fat 270 grams protein 25 grams carbohydrate. This is actually doable, because there's no way I can eat as much food in one day as I tried to eat yesterday.
