Naughty MightyFull. (Really should change my name to that. Having an "off" couple of days.)

Tried two new Skimble workouts this morning Quick Core Foundation. Equipment needed: Exercise Ball (I used the ball I sit on at my desk - dual purpose). Anything involving a ball, SHOULD be fun. Oh, it was fun alright.

The second workout I really enjoyed - Reps and Weights. Although I used the same 3lb hand weights throughout, it provides you the number of reps it wants you to complete before tapping out and proceeding to the next workout.

Walking the dog today - great weather for a walk. My legs wanted to continue, but my lunch break is only so long.
