Pretty proud of this delicious lunch! Grilled chicken, avocado baked with cheese, and cucumber slices. I would definitely make again!

It took me a long time to realize I was worth cooking well for 😉 I was single for a VERY long time Looks WONDERFUL!

@DMZur I broiled the avocado at 300 degrees for about 5 minutes. Because I put cheddar and Parmesan on top, I kept a close eye on it and took it out after I saw the Parmesan start to brown.
