It looks like you drink enough, maybe this time of the year it is an "outside" phenomena. Not sure where you live but with heaters going everywhere the air is very dry and that leads to itchy skin and dry eyes. Do you have a humidifier running?

I take a collagen supplement in addition to my regular vitamins and it made a world of difference for me. Within the first month, it eliminated all most all of my dry skin and has really helped with my joints too. I buy the powdered version and just add to my shakes everyday.

I use beef gelatin. I use 1 tablespoon in a glass of flavored water or juice. Every night before I go to bed. It is collagen. So-- good for joints, skin, wrinkles, my hair, and helps me sleep.

We wood heat, there is always a kettle of water on the stove. I was using gelatin and stopped.. perhaps that is it. My skin isn't dry at all. Joints feel fine. I will pick up some more and see if it helps. Thank you!

I'm going to try that. I have the gelatin, but wasn't sure how to use it.

If you don't like the way the gelatin blends ( I have heard people complain about the texture) you can try the collagen. It is just the more raw form of the gelatin and I think it has a finer texture that blends better. But from what I have heard they both work really well.

Omega-3 oil tablets or increase foods enriched with omega-3 oil in your diet. Fish oil is my friend.

All caffeinated drinks dehydrate you so you need to drink extra water to make up for that. I'm not bagging on caffeine; I drink a 12 oz cup of tea everyday. :-)

CCbabcock thank you for confirmation that I need to get back on the fish oil pills. I think I derailed myself when I stopped taking them a week ago. :-)
