Weird - I thought I had scheduled a weight workout this morning, and it wasn't there. So odd! I ended up doing the same one that I did Wednesday. Pretty good one when you are just starting out again (Skimble: Smart Dumbbells Class Act. Used 2lb free weights). After completing, it showed back up. So odd!!
Working on making another quiche today. (This will be our 3rd in 3 weeks.) My neighbor gave me a collard -- as someone gave her two collards. I've never cooked collards, and immediately hopped online to find a healthy version. My go to was Paleo. So here's what we'll be making January 1st! Grilled chicken wings marinated with ginger/sesame and Brazilian collard greens with non-alcoholic champagne. Sounds like a great started for 2017! :)
