I've been doing very well with my eating this week. I was even able to indulge in an adult beverage without going over my calories and still ate well throughout the day. I already feel better and seem to have a bit more energy. Now that I'm being more conscious of the food I'm eating, it's time to add regular exercise into the mix. Looks like I'm going shopping for a new pair of tennis shoes today! Wish me luck. I have the hardest time finding shoes that don't hurt my feet. I've considered going to the Better Foot Store but the high cost of the inserts seems sooooo over inflated to me. So I just keep hoping I'll magically find the right shoes to make my poor fallen arches happy.
