Oh boy. It's not turning out to be the healthiest and most nutritious week. Can you say "fruits and vegetables"? Well as I head to bed and think about walking and intermittently jogging a 5K fun run in the snow and ice Sat morning, I know I will make better choices starting NOW :-)
