Went out for a girls night last night and saved the calories all day... I was under my calorie intake after tracking what I had, but I did choose carefully when out. Red wine, Ahi tuna- very small amounts of appetizers, but the company was so wonderful that I was very content! I am thinking that it may have helped, also, to have had a decent breakfast yesterday of oatmeal- only 1/2 cup but it sure satisfied me in the am. I think I've noticed that when I do have a substantial breakfast that I am more in control of my eating the rest of the day even into the night. Note to self!
