Sunday was my rest day. Tonight when I get home from work, I will enjoy a little hitching run through either a new movie or my e-book.
Made a version of beef stew -- pretty tasty. Could always be spiced up a little, but feel free to see that as a lunch meal this week! Back to having a protein shake for supper after the run.
And guess what -- though my calories were light on Saturday, I was playing with my niece and nephew the majority of the day, I was not starving to death, as I thought I would be. :)
