Yay! I did it! I stayed within my calorie guidelines (and even lowered them by 300 yesterday) and I went to sleep when the urge to eat hit. Yay! I can do this! Thank you God for the strength to make this ugly habit of overeating stand down! I don't have to live my life embarrassed of my appearance and blaming my extra weight on my pregnancies. I feel so encouraged and empowered to do it again today - 2012 is going to be the year when I expect to have success in every arena of my life! I want to have a body that shows that I honor God in my eating, because it is truly my desire to do so.
