I'm disappointed. I gained almost two pounds in the last 5 days and my calorie counts were reasonable and I stuck to my exercise routine.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weight fluctuates all the time due to salt, water, etc.

Same problem here. Stick to your diet but throw in a day of 1/2 boiled chicken breast & maybe an apple or grapefruit - you'll lose. Drink lots of water & you won't be hungry. Or have 2 boiled eggs & 1/2 grapefruit for all 3 meals for one day & you'll drop the build up of salt/fluid retention.
