Day 7. I'm excited to see how today will go. I feel like it's going to be a good one. Yay!
My main concern now is being able to keep up the healthy eating habits when classes start up again this week. I think I'm going to have trouble remembering (or dragging myself out of bed in time) to eat breakfast and work out in the morning. I'll also have trouble avoiding binging when I'm up late studying for exams or writing papers.
I hope I can keep this up!
