I had a rough few days. I drank too much wine 2 nights ago and as a result I did some late night snacking. The following morning I had lost 4lbs, but it all came back today (rebound weight gain). Then today I ate out with hubby and the kids. I had Italian: spinach dip, crostinis, fettuccine and a chocolate brownie. Whew that was a mouthful. See what I did there?
Tomorrow is a new day. I work a double shift, so I'll pack lots of water and fruit.
