Woke at 217.4, the same as yesterday. So, the draft beers I enjoyed last night had their desired effect and I am clean as a whistle! However, the extra food I ate late last night is still with me and so the weight has not gone down. I will fast until dinner today and then eat 600 calories. Should be back down in a few days. UPDATE: Fasted until 5:30 and ate an omelet. Got down to 215.6. Still a lot of water weight, but no meds this week! Interesting. Targeting about 1600 calories tomorrow to make up for last night’s indulgence.
