So I haven't used this in quite sometime, but I really do want to get back into watching what I eat. It's much harder to do here at college, plus I don't have anywhere to weigh myself. Health food on a college campus is not easy to find and it's usually not very good. I ate too much today and it's definitely getting me down.

You can do it if you plan ahead. Good Luck!

Welcome back! Maybe there's a scale at the gym or at the Student Health center that they'd be willing to let you jump on quickly? Maybe it would be worth ordering/buying an inexpensive one that you could keep under your bed. I do remember dining hall food not being particularly healthy, aside from the fruit and salads. Remember, you can lose weight eating anything, as long as you get used to eating less of it. Good luck!

I think planning ahead is the key. I just finished "drinks" (I had tea) with friends. Made it through the night without drinking alcohol or eating anything at all. This was because I planned to eat a big healthy dinner before leaving, and it worked! I didn't even reach for French fry off my friends plate. If I can do it, so can you. Keep tracking your progress here.
