I'm starting to get back into a regular work out schedule. I've gained some weight over the holidays, so I need to work extra hard to get back to where I was. I'm going to zumba class, too, which has really increased my activity levels and the amount of calories I burn.
I'm not really following the Fat Flush Plan yet. I need another week to set my gym schedule and then I'm going to slowly phase in the Fat Flush plan. It's going to be hard, but I know I can do it!
