Mom's birthday....cooked a dinner she wanted...Burgundy beef over noodles with cheesecake for dessert. Made a diet version of my Burgundy Beef (239 cals and yummy) and substituted cabbage for the noodles for me and had just 2 small bites of cheesecake. Refused the offered dark chocolate with ginger....and I deserve a medal for that one :)
