still on my diet have visited several sites to help get the boredom out of the meal plan. got some great suggestions from everyone thanks!
not much happening as I continue on slow and steady.

I just bought my freezer to store my farm raised grain fed meats. I have done the research and tried some of the meats..they are so much better in taste and texture. I am a believer and will be reaching out to a local farm that I have researched to stock the freezer most likely this w/e.

I already get my eggs from local farm but they do not raise animals. You can really tell difference in farm fresh eggs vs those bought at the store. I wish I could raise my own animals for meat but I do not have the space or the time.
