WEll it's official....i gained almost 8 lbs over the holidays. Damn. But now it's time to get with the program. I've been good with my workouts this week and my diet has been so/so. I'm trying not to "diet" but to eat healthier. Let's see how that goes! I'm also working on limiting my alcohol intake. So far so good....1/4th of a beer post NYE and truthfully that was an attempt to fight off a hangover. So...here goes
