BCH meeting so I must look my best
159.9 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Meeting went very well yesterday. Had a few looks but NO ONE mentioned how much weight I have lost. I felt really good in myself and it makes me want to keep going until I fit in to my 501 jeans again. Bring it on !!!!!
