So, day 1 of re-taking control of my life was a resounding success! YAY me! I shopped like a maniac and restocked the house with healthy stuff, and reined myself back in from feeling like this task is more than monumental. Yes, I want to lose 120 lbs, but this month I only want to lose 10. Who can't lose 10 pounds?! It's totally doable.

My only real plan for this month, change-wise, is to resume eating at least 4 meals a day. I would like to say I'll eat 5, but 4 is a struggle for me because of my limited access to a refrigerator. Maybe that needs to be part of my plan this week as well, to develop meals that don't require refrigeration. Right now I'm thoroughly enjoying a string cheese and apple snack, but eating that everyday will not ensure it remains a favorite for very long.
