Am I Stupid?
Absolutely no time like the present, I say! Just eat very lightly for breakfast and lunch, and save the bulk of your calories for thanksgiving dinner. Just be smart, spend those calories on lots of vegetables, cooked or raw, and either meat is fine (white or dark) just leave off the skin, and maybe skip the gravy, just have stuffing. Any positive change is a step in the right direction. This is about a lifestyle, not deprivation. Also remember that drinks come with calories, so bank some extra there by drinking water or another low calorie choice. Think of yourself as a guy on a budget. You may not be able to party like Bill Gates, but you can have a fantastic time with what you've got!
