A loss is a loss! Nutrition plan went well yesterday apart from some slight variations to dinner. My sister brought home 2 tubs of gourmet icecream and I didn't at any, win!
175.7 lb Lost so far: 40.3 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
