Gain :( I don't know why, I followed my nutrition plan perfectly. Maybe I need to cut out the snacks :( I even did a crazy leg workout last night and no can't walk. Just feel a little crappy not to lose anything.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 39.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't beat yourself up too much, maybe your just retaining water. I've noticed my own weight go up and down like a yo-yo, but it's generally going down. just look at the overall trend of your body weight. I think you'll find it is generally going down. I think you're doing an amazing job, so just keep doing it. I bet your next weigh in will be in the downward direction again.

Could be that you built some muscle. It weighs heavier than fat.
