Well things certainly have changed. I did our usual...but not incredibly regular power walk with a coworker..and then for a strong finish we climbed the stairs...4 flights worth (I know it's not the eiffel tower, but hey...it's hard!) Three months ago I couldn't get up 1 flight without holding on to the banister and weezing for 5 min straight...and today..powered up them with no stopping...and healthy I just did some work breath after! Go me!
