Increasing the exercise steadily. Worked to 3 x 30mins but changing today to 2 x 45 mins. Just want to hit -2.4lbs on the scale tomorrow which would be 5 in 2 weeks...I have the calorie burn for it +some, but whether it shows on the scale.......
